No Refund Policy
At HR Video Creation, we do not offer refunds once payment has been made.
This is because:
- Work on the client’s project begins immediately after payment confirmation.
- Time, resources, creativity, and planning are invested from the start of the project.
- Each video is custom-made as per the client’s requirements and cannot be reused or resold.
Payment Confirmation
- All payments made to HR Video Creation are final and non-refundable.
- By making a payment, the client agrees to this Refund Policy and our Terms & Conditions.
Project Adjustments
- While refunds are not provided, we aim for client satisfaction.
- Reasonable revisions may be offered as per the agreed revision policy.
- Additional changes beyond the scope may be chargeable.
Cancellation Policy
- Order cancellations after payment will not be eligible for any refund.
- In rare cases where work has not started, HR Video Creation reserves the right to decide on refund eligibility (if any).
