2. Order & Payment Policy
- Full or advance payment may be required before starting the project.
- Prices once finalized will not change unless additional work or revisions are requested.
- Payments are non-refundable once the work has started.
- Any delay in payment may result in project delay or cancellation.
3. Revisions Policy
- Limited revisions are included as discussed at the time of order.
- Major changes such as concept change, script change, or design change after approval may be chargeable.
- Revision requests must be shared within the given timeline.
4. Delivery Timeline
- Delivery time depends on project complexity and client response time.
- Delays in providing required content (photos, videos, names, dates, music, etc.) may affect the final delivery date.
- HR Video Creation will not be responsible for delays caused by late client inputs.
5. Client Responsibilities
Clients must provide:

- High-quality photos/videos (if required)
- Timely approvals and feedback

6. Copyright & Usage Rights
- Final videos are delivered for personal or business use as agreed.
- HR Video Creation retains the right to showcase completed work for portfolio, social media, and promotional purposes unless explicitly requested otherwise.
- Clients must ensure they have rights to any content (photos, videos, music) they provide.
7. Cancellation Policy
- Orders once confirmed cannot be canceled after work has started.
- In case of cancellation before work begins, refund eligibility (if any) will be decided by HR Video Creation.
8. Platform Responsibility Disclaimer
- We are not responsible for issues related to YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, or other platforms (reach, views, monetization, copyright claims, or algorithm changes).
- Uploading and performance of videos on platforms depend on platform policies.
9. Limitation of Liability
HR Video Creation shall not be liable for:
- Any indirect or consequential losses
- Platform bans, copyright claims due to client-provided material
- Technical issues beyond our control
